AI & automation
Less friction. More useful work.
We build focused automation around real tasks: moving information between systems, preparing content, supporting teams and making repeated work easier to manage.
Who it is for.
For businesses with a specific workflow problem, not just a desire to add AI somewhere. We look at inputs, data quality, permissions, failure cases and the time spent on a process before choosing an implementation.
What we work on.
- Workflow mapping, feasibility review and a bounded first use case.
- CRM, CMS or other system integrations within an agreed permission model.
- AI-assisted drafting or retrieval where it fits the task.
- Review steps, error handling, logs and operational handover.
How we approach it.
We start with one useful workflow, test it with representative data and define where a person must approve the output. Changes to budgets, publishing and sensitive records need explicit authority rather than an assumed autonomous action.
Scope and handover.
The delivery defines access ownership, vendor costs, data boundaries and who responds when an integration fails. Automation should not silently turn an error into a success message or make unsupported claims about the source data.
Good questions.
Can you automate our content workflow?
Yes. Research, drafts, format adaptation, approvals and publishing queues can be connected around a defined workflow and the available integrations.
Does AI replace review?
No. We define review responsibilities according to risk, especially for factual claims, personal data and actions taken in external systems.
